What Dog Breed Are You
Sixteen breeds, four axes, twenty-eight forced choices. Golden retriever energy is a real thing — this tells you whether you have it.
You have already decided what you think, and you are not going to say it.

You do not move first. You let a room show you what it is before you commit to anything inside it, and by the time you say something you have usually been right for a while. People read that as confidence. It is closer to accounting: you keep a running ledger of who behaved how, and you almost never have to revise an entry.
The ledger is also the problem. You settle things privately and then count them settled, so the person on the other side is walking around inside a relationship that has already been downgraded, and nobody has told them. From outside, withholding and contempt look identical. You also mistake having noticed something for having dealt with it — you registered the slight, you filed it, and you treat that as a response. It is not one. Nothing got fixed, and the only person still carrying it is you.
Say one of them out loud. Take the smallest item on the ledger, tell the person it happened, and accept that you will do it clumsily the first few times. The item is not the point. The point is finding out that saying it does not cost anything close to what you have been assuming.
